BOOKING AND POLICIES

Reservation of accommodation

We invite our prospective guests to contact us on one of the following contact details if you are interested in one of our apartments.

We can give you exact information about the availability of the apartments by phone or e-mail.
Confirmation of the reservation will be sent by e-mail.
The confirmation e-mail will contain all the necessary information.

Within 3 days after the confirmation, we kindly ask you to send us a 30% deposit by bank transfer.
Once the deposit has been received, your booking will become final.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.

Accepted payment methods:
- cash
- bank transfer

 

In addition to the accommodation fee, a tourist tax is payable on the spot.
This is 500 HUF/person/night (over 18 years).

Minimum booking period:
Pre season: 2 nights
Main season: 5 nights
Post season: 2 nights

All our guests will of course receive an invoice for the accommodation service, which is VAT-free for our tax purposes.

 

 

Accomodation rules:

The policy applies to all guests staying in the apartment.

Upon arrival, guests are required to hand over their personal documents (passport, identity card) to the owner (for data collection).

Arrival and departure: the apartment can be booked between 15:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival.
Furthermore, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment - after handing over the keys - by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Please do not make any noise between 22:00 in the evening and 08:00 in the morning.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Please use the building and facilities of the accommodation for their intended purpose and observe fire and accident prevention rules.

The use of the swimming pool is only allowed for guests.
Use of the pool is at your own risk! Minor children are only allowed in the pool under parental supervision!

Damage caused on the premises must be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his/her legal representative.

When leaving the apartment, make sure that the windows and doors are locked.

We are not responsible for personal valuables (e.g. cash, jewellery, telephone, laptop) brought into the accommodation.

In the event of an accident or other incident, the owner must be informed immediately.

The apartment is non-smoking, please do so in the designated area (balcony, terrace, courtyard).
